Warranty Claim Procedure
If you have any Warranty Claim, please send us an email to [email protected].
Further please send the jewel with its invoice to any TL Joyas® point of purchase by courier. We will fill out the respective repair form, which contains all the information about the customer, the damage in the product and the condition in which it is received.
The product is sent to the company's workshop where it will be inspected giving a response for jewelry in 5 business days.
In case there is an imperfection that cannot be repaired, it will be replaced by a same model. If this model is no longer available, you can exchange it for any other jewel with the same or greater value, paying the difference. Remember, in no case will a refund be done.
In the event that you want to enforce the guarantee, the standards on which we will lean to fulfill are the following: The resolution 735/13 and the Law 1480 of 2011, in accordance with the Colombian laws and especially what is stated in Article 11 thereof. We do declare that this guarantee is based on the principles of quality, suitability and product safety.
Exchange Policies
In store shopping
- Merchandise changes will only be made within a maximum period of 3 calendar days from the day of purchase; as long as the product is in perfect condition and not used, it must be returned in the original box, with the original invoice and the certificate of authenticity.
- Products that have been sold in promotional campaigns or with a greater discount than 20% have no change.
- Once a change has been made, no other change can be made.
- Jewelry that has been modified in size or markings out side our company won´t be changed.
- In case the jewel has been a gift, it is important to make the change within the terms and conditions stipulated above and the beneficiary must deliver the certificate of authenticity along with the jewel.
- No refund of money at any circumstance.

Online shopping
- An online purchase depends on the product availability.
- A minimum of 24 hours is required to confirm online payment by credit/debit card or deposit.
- The images published on the Web are enlarged to show the details of the articles, therefore, it is not the actual size of the product. Please note the related features in the details of each product.
- National or international shipping costs will be covered by the customer unless our store specifically communicates their coverage.
- Time Line Joyas® will not be responsible for the confusions or misunderstandings generated by the definition of the screen and the technical generalities of the monitor and the computer which the user have or use and that do not allow 100% color matching and the characteristics of the product since the display of color and characteristics sometimes depends on the monitor and the device you are using.
